For the record, this has already been the best Christmas I can remember.
This time last year I was home for about 2 weeks and had set the absolute goal of trying to explain my gender whateverness to my mom before I left in the beginning of January. My best friend Dominic and I have been bouncing around the Midwest since Saturday morning when we left Vassar. We stayed with his folks for a few days in MIchigan because we were both sick and inclement weather had made the roads bad, but now we’re finally in St. Louis, about four hours away from my home.
